Completion tracking and certificates

Keep track of training progress and completion rates - including traceable attendance tracking & certificates.

Learning plan and training completion tracking

In the training platform, you can always track how many (and which) employees have successfully completed a training they were enrolled in. If your employees are enrolled in a learning plan consisting of multiple trainings, you can see whether they have successfully completed the training currently assigned to them. An employee can only be enrolled in one training at a time within a learning plan.

  • Enrolled participants: Refers to the number of participants taking this learning plan. If they are enrolled in a learning plan, by definition they are enrolled into one of the learning plan's courses.
  • In Progress: This highlights all participants who have started but not yet completed the course they are enrolled in. The number displayed represents the total count of all participants across all phases of this learning plan who have started their assigned course, and hence are in progress
  • Completed: When a student completes a course, their status changes from started to completed. The number we show, is the aggregated sum of all students that have completed their assigned course across all phases of this learning plan.

Participants list

  • The participant list shows at which phase of the learning plan each student is, and their progress. Employees' progress can be completed, started or invited. Started means that they have opened the course, and invited that we have sent an invitation for them.

Certificates

  • Certificates are a way of proving that your employees have successfully completed the course.
  • Currently Admins cannot access the certificate of their employees, only the employees taking the course.
  • Each employee can access the certificate after completing the course under "Create certificates" in the training platform
  • Admins can download a CSV export for each training or learning plan as proof of training for audits, authorities or insurance companies.
