Training completion reminders

At the end, the goal is that your employees get the training done, and we help you get there!

Automatic Reminders

  • During the enrolment process, you can check the IS-FOX reminder policy. 
  • If a training isn’t completed, the employee will get a monthly reminder. The first reminder is sent one month after enrollment.
    • Currently is not possible to customize the reminder template nor when the reminders are sent. If you are interested in this feature please let us know at support@is-fox.de

Manual reminders

  • You can send reminders when you want, to whom you want, individually or in groups. 
  • Just select an employee(s), click on the 3 vertical dots icon and send the reminders!
